We believe you don't need to spend money on frills and expensive decorative effects. Why spend over three thousand Euros on a kitchen when an eighteen hundred Euro kitchen will do the same job, be just as durable and attain the exact same monthly rental?
To give you a fixed price quote, all we need is access to your apartment for a short time. We can collect the keys from wherever they may be in Riga and return them the same or the next day. We will then supply a written quotation for the work. If this is acceptable, we draw up two copies of a schedule of work which shows the work to be carried out, the time frame and agreed payment terms, which are 40% at commencement, 50% on completion and a 10% retention paid 14 days after completion.
Our quotation will include, all electrics, light fittings, plumbing, taps, cooker & extractor, washing machine and fridge. The only extra may in some cases be a dish washer.
We carry out all tiling, flooring, wall & ceiling finishing, door hanging, kitchen & bathroom fitting and all decoration. We will also advise on making best use of the available space and where possible discuss the option of creating additional rooms.
The apartment is left clean and ready for your tenants to move into.

There are no hidden extras in our quote - unlike some!
A guide price for a 50 m2 grey finish studio apartment would be approximately £8,750 and for a 70 m2 grey finish two room would be £11,500 These prices cover everything including fitted kitchen, fitted bathroom, lighting/electrics, decoration and 'white goods' Everything you need to let the apartment, except furniture, for that see
