Who are we?

We are Kristine, Steve and colleagues.

Kristine was born in Jurmala about 20 Km from Riga when Latvia was under Soviet occupation. She owned her first apartment in 1992, one year after Latvian independance.

She went on to buy, sell and manage a number of apartments & country properties and understands the Latvian property market and legal process very well. As well as Latvian and English she speaks Russian and German.

Kris has recently become a registered Latvian Real Estate Agent (NIMA registered). Which gives her a unique insight into the Latvian property market.

Steve was born in the north of England and owns business & investment property there.

His interest in Riga property began in 2005 after reading a report about rising prices and investment opportunities in Riga. Sadly he only speaks English a little Russian and enough Latvian to order a few beers!

We own land and investment property in the UK and Latvia.

We commute regularly between Riga and Liverpool and spend roughly equal amounts of time in each country. (thank goodness for Ryanair!) Our staff in Riga manage the day to day operations of the business allowing us to search for suitable property for investment.
